【摘要】 目的 探讨甲状腺结节的实验室检查与手术指征。方法 回顾性分析摩洛哥王国斐济格省哈桑二世医院自1998～2004年78例甲状腺结节患者的手术病例。此病例术前均经B超、血清甲状腺功能检查(TSH，T3，T4)以及甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGA)和微粒体抗体(MCA)检查。其中26例还进行了细针抽吸细胞学检查(fine needle aspiration,FNA)。结果 术后病理检查诊断结果：甲状腺腺瘤48例，结节性甲状腺肿伴腺瘤形成23例，甲状腺乳头状腺癌3例，结节性甲状腺肿伴乳头状腺癌2例，慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎[桥本(Hashimoto)甲状腺肿]2例。结论 对甲状腺结节应进行充分的实验室检查，对局限于一叶的甲状腺结节应积极手术。

    Study on 78 cases of the operation in thyroid nodules

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the laboratory examination and operation indication in thyroid nodules.Methods The clinical data on 78 operation cases of thyroid nodules in the Hassan Ⅱ Hospital of Feigigue Province,Morocco were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were underwent the examination of ultrasonic-B,blood test of TSH,T3,T4 and TGA,MCA.26 cases underwent fine needle aspiration (FNA) before operation.Results The post-operation biopsy diagnosis show these diseases are:48 cases of thyroid adenoma,23 cases of goiter with adenoma,3 cases of papillary adenocarcinoma,2 cases of goiter with papillary adenocarcinoma,2 cases of Hashimoto disease.Conclusion Laboratory examination is essential to the management of thyroid nodules.Nodules isolated in the sole lobe of thyroid are the operation indications. ......
