【摘要】 目的：探讨中药治疗对复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)患者血液流变学的影响,分析其变化与疗效关系。方法： 对48例ROU患者辨证分为二型。中药治疗前后，分别进行血液流变学检测，同时观察治疗效果。结果：治疗后，患者的全血粘度(高切和低切)、血浆粘度、血小板聚集率、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原、血沉，均有明显和非常明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。红细胞压积与治疗前相比变化不明显(P>0.05)。治疗后经随访48例中痊愈27例，显效14例，无效7例，总痊愈显效率85.42%。辩证分型中气滞血瘀型治疗前后血液流变学变化更明显，痊愈显效率(88.46%)，也高于阴虚火旺型痊愈显效率(81.82%)。结论：中药治疗可明显改善ROU患者血液流变学增高状况，具有较好的治疗效果，尤以气滞血瘀型更明显。

    A Preliminary Observation of TCM on Hemorheology and Relationships Between Curative Effects of Patients with Recurrent Oral Ulcer

    【Abstract】 Objective：To study the influence of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on hemorheology of patients with recurrent oral ulcer (ROU) and to analyses the relationships between the change and curative effects. Methods:48 patients with ROU were divided into two types by TCM treatment and the curative effects were observed. Results: After treatment, whole blood viscosity, blood plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, thrombocyte aggregation rate, fibrinogen and ESR of after treatment on hematocrit ROU patients decreased (P<0.05 and p<0.01). However, there were no significant differences before and after treatment on hematocrit (P>0.05). Curative results were observed in 27 and obvious effective results in14, while no treating effect was found in 7 after treatment. The total effective rate was 85.42 percent. Among differentiation of syndromes and typing by TCM, hemorheology was changed greatly, before and after treatment in Qizhixueyu, the effective result was 88.46 percent, while effective result was 81.82 percent in Yinxuhuowang. Conclusions: The TCM may improve the hemorheology of ROU patients .It has a good curative effect, especially in Qizhixueyu. ......
