【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆管损伤的预防和处理。方法 回顾我院近6年来腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)致胆管损伤3例，分析损伤的部位、类型、发现时间、手术方法和治疗效果。结果 本组3例，2例行修补术及T管引流痊愈出院，1例行肝圆韧带移植修补及T管引流，术后出现胆漏，经充分引流痊愈出院。结论 预防损伤和术中早期发现是关键，胆管损伤的处理要根据损伤发现的时间、部位、类型等选择不同的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevention and the treatment of the bile duct injuries in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods We summarized 3 cases of the bile duct injuries in LC in our hospital nearly 6 years,we analyzed the position of injuries,types,the times of finding,operation methods and treatment effects.Results 2 cases repaired and drained with T tube were cured without any complication,another case repaired with teres hepatis was cured too.Conclusion The prevention and finding in operation are keys.The treatment of the bile duct injuries should be the different methods according to the times of finding the injuries,the position,the types,etc. ......
