摘要:目的 通过研究大鼠急性脊髓损伤后基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)表达的时空变化,探讨基质金属蛋白酶9在急性脊髓损伤后的作用。方法 使用改良Allen法制作大鼠急性脊髓损伤模型,检测脊髓损伤后基质金属蛋白酶9在损伤脊髓中表达的时空分布特点。结果 损伤组急性脊髓损伤后1小时,可见基质金属蛋白酶9的表达,损伤后1~2天达到高峰,7天仍有表达。阳性细胞主要表达在缺血神经元、血管内皮细胞和嗜中性粒细胞。对照组未见基质金属蛋白酶9表达。结论 基质金属蛋白酶9在脊髓损伤后的早期表达,提示基质金属蛋白酶9可能参与脊髓损伤后水肿形成和炎性细胞的浸润,加重了继发性脊髓损伤。关键词:基质金属蛋白酶9;脊髓损伤;细胞
Expression of matrix metalloproteinase9 after acute spinal cord injury

Abstract:Objective To investigate the early expression of matrix metalloproteinase9 after actue spinal cord injury.Methods The models of spinal cord injury in rats were induced with Allen's way and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase9 in injuried spinal cord was observed.Results The expression of matrix metalloproteinase9 increased 6h after spinal cord injury,which reached its peak 1,2 days after spinal cord injury(SCI).The matrix metalloproteinase9 positive cells were mainly expressed on ischemia neuron, angioendothelial cells and neutrophile.The express of matrix metalloproteinase9 wasn't found in the shamoperated rats.Conclusion The early matrix metalloproteinase9 may be partially involved in the secondary pathogenesis of spinal cord injury. ......
