眼球钝挫伤视野改变临床分析

【摘要】 目的 研究视野在眼球顿挫伤后视敏度和象限缺损两方面的变化。方法 采用回顾性临床病例行视野及相关方面的分析。结果 眼球顿挫伤致眼眶骨折、视网膜水肿、前房出血、外伤性青光眼、视神经挫伤及黄斑出血等病变，其视敏度均下降；第Ⅰ、Ⅱ象限视野均缺损。而无器质性病变的受伤眼其视敏度正常，象限缺损为阴性。结论 眼球钝挫伤造成眼球器质性病变，其视敏度和象限缺损均能表现出病理性改变。【关键词】 眼球钝挫伤；视野；视敏度

【Abstract】 Objective To research the two changes of vision sensitive and visual field defects in eyes wound.Methods Employ the retrospective analysis is method for visual field and the medical record.Results The vision sensitive all descent for orbit fracture,retina swelling,chamber blood,wounds glaucoma,optic wound and macular blood in eyes wound.The No.Ⅰ and No.Ⅱ fields of vision field all defects in eyes wound.The vision sensitve and vision field maybe normal in the wound eye.Conclusion The eyes wound while the vision sensitive and visual field maybye express pathology change.
