     摘要：目前，医学对脊髓损伤没有根本的治疗办法，我们所采用的神经转位、肌替代术和关节融合术还没有取得令人满意的效果。本文对肋间神经转位、膈神经转位、尺神经转位、骶棘肌代臀大肌、腹外斜肌+腹直肌代股四头肌术及最新研究进展进行了阐述，这些方法不失为意义深远的大胆尝试。

    Paraplagia treatments by anastomosing nerves to the injured spinal cord for part function reconstruction of lower limbs

    Abstract： The medical field have no radical treatments for the spinal cord injury,however the result of surgery methods,such as nerve transposition，muscle replacement and joint fusion operations,were not to our satisfaction at present. As the follows,the intercostals nerve transposition，phrenic nerve transposition，ulnar nerve transposition，gluteus maximus muscle replaced by sacrospinalis musculus，quadriceps femoris musculus replaced by obliquus abdominis externus musculus and rectus abdominis musculus and the uptodate advancements were elaborated. All these were the cryptical and bold attempt.
