【摘要】 目的 研究表明，集贸市场摊贩是性病艾滋病的潜伏高危人群。为了提高摊贩的性病艾滋病防治知识水平，在市场中进行性病艾滋病的宣传教育。 方法 在合肥市随机选取3个集贸市场，向其中有固定摊位的18～64岁的摊贩采用发放宣传册、扑克牌和播放艾滋病知识广播的形式对摊贩进行健康教育。用χ 2 检验对比干预前后的相关知识正确回答率，评价干预效果。 结果 干预后摊贩的性病艾滋病的知识回答正确率介于37.4%～88.6%，普遍比干预前提高10%左右。相关的态度和行为倾向也得到一定改善。 结论 在市场中开展健康教育工作取得了一定的成效，今后应针对摊贩知晓率不高的相关知识开展健康教育。
