【摘 要】 目的 观察氢氧化钙对感染根管消毒的抗菌效果。 方法 观察组50个根管用氢氧化钙水溶性糊剂封入根管内消毒;对照组50个根管封入甲醛甲酚。检测用药前后1周时的根管渗出液中的细菌学变化。 结果 1周后观察组与对照组均具有良好的杀菌作用，但2组杀菌作用无明显区别。 结论 氢氧化钙对感染根管消毒具有良好的抗菌效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the antibacterial effect of calcium hydroxide in sterilization of infected root canals.Methods Calcium hydroxide water-soluable paste was sealed into50root canals seperated as a observation group while formo-cresol was applied to another50root canals as a control group.Bacteriological changes of the two groups were observed before and after the administration.Results Good sterilization effect came out one week later in both groups without remarkable difference.Conclu┐sion Calcium hydroxide has efficient antibacterial effect in the sterilization of infected root canals. ......
