【摘要】 目的 评估前期开发的成年人饮食行为评价量表得分与营养素摄入量之间的关系。 方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法分别选取武汉市城区、宜昌市农村经济水平不同的社区进行入户调查。调查内容包括人口社会经济学特征、成年人饮食行为评价量表、食物频率调查表。 结果 不同成年人饮食行为评价量表得分组的大多数营养素摄入量间存在着统计学差异。量表的总得分和大多数量表各维度得分与大多数营养素摄入量间存在着相关关系。 结论 该成年人饮食行为评价量表得分与营养素摄入量间存在着一定的联系，可用于营养素的摄入量的估计。
