摘要: 弥漫性轴索损伤(diffuse axonal injury,DAI)后,β淀粉样前体蛋白(β-amyloid precursor protein,β-APP)在轴索内积聚,是轴索损伤的一个重要病理标志。许多研究通过β-APP的检测,对轴索损伤的程度进行评估。β-APP在病理状况下分解生成β淀粉样蛋白(amyloid betaprotein,Aβ),后者具有多方面的神经毒性作用。笔者现对β-APP的结构、功能、代谢和它在DAI后的表达、作用及其机制进行如下综述。关键词: β淀粉样前体蛋白;β淀粉样蛋白;弥漫性轴索损伤
Relationship betweenβ-amyloid precursor protein and diffuse axonal injury

Abstract: Accumulation ofβ-APP occurs in injured axons after diffuse axonal injury(DAI),and it is an important pathological marker of DAI.Axonal injury can be evaluated by detection ofβ-APP.Under pathological condition,β-APP is decomposed into amyloid beta-protein(Aβ),which has varieties of neurotoxic effects.The structure,function and me-tabolism ofβ-APP are briefly introduced,and its expression,effects and mechanism of action after DAI are also reviewed in the paper.
