正交试验法优选银翘解毒软胶囊的水煮提取工艺

摘要 采用L9(34)正交设计，以浸膏得率、正丁醇浸出率、绿原酸含量为考察指标，优选银翘解毒软胶囊的水煮提取工艺。结果表明：最佳提取工艺为首次加10倍量水，浸泡30 min，煎煮2 h，第2次加8倍量水，煎煮1.5 h。关键词 银翘解毒软胶囊;正交实验法;浸膏;正丁醇;浸出率;绿原酸
Studies on the Extraction Process of Yingqiaojiedu Soft Capsule by Orthogonal Design Method

Abstract By determining extracts,maceration extract of butanol and chlorogenic acid,the optimum extraction condition for Yingqiaojiedu Soft Capsule was established.The best extraction process was as follow:10 times water was added to the crude drug,soaked for 30 min and decocted for 2 h,followed by the addition of 8 times water and decoction for 1.5 h.
