摘要 以国产醋酸去氢表雄酮(2)为起始原料，经水解、磺酸酯化和成盐三步反应，顺利合成得到子宫颈管促进成熟剂硫酸普拉睾酮钠二水合物(1)，以醋酸去氢表雄酮(2)计算总收率为84%。关键词 硫酸普拉睾酮钠;合成；子宫颈管促进成熟剂；甾体药物

Abstract With dehydroisoandrosterone acetate (2) as the starting material, Prasterone sulfate sodium dihydrate (1) was synthesized after threesteps reactions of hydrolysis, sulfonylation and salt formation, The overall yield was 84% taken as dehydroisoandrosterone acetate(2).
