颅脑外伤后进展性颅内血肿的诊治

     摘要：目的探讨颅脑外伤后进展性颅内血肿的临床特点，总结其发病机制及诊断、治疗方法。方法回顾性分析总结收治的93例外伤进展性颅内血肿病例的临床资料。结果本组手术59例，死亡8例；保守治疗34例，死亡6例；本组死亡14例(15%)。结论对外伤性颅内血肿绝不能仅仅依赖首次CT结果制定一成不变的治疗方案，而应进行动态观察和CT监测，根据血肿量的变化及时调整治疗方案。

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical feature,mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of progressive traumatic intracranial hematomas.Methods The clinical data of 93 cases hospitalizd in our hospital were analysed.Results Fiftynine patients were treated with the operation,among which 8 patients died.Thirtyfour patients were treated conservatievly with 6 patients dead.The total mortality rate was 15%.Conclusion It is important to select correct treatment according to the changes of hematomas and CT.
