【摘要】 目的 研究多种肿瘤标记物联合检测对于诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的临床应用价值。方法 检测43例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清Cyfra21-1、CEA、TSGF、CA125水平，并与32例卵巢良性肿瘤患者以及20例健康对照者比较。结果 Cyfra21-1、CEA、TSGF、CA125诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的敏感性分别为81.4%、67.4%、76.8%、86.1%，特异性分别为98.2%、90.4%、69.3%、73.1%。四种标记物联合检测，敏感性为93.0%，特异性为63.6%。结论 四种肿瘤标记物联合检测对于卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值优于单项检测。

    Value of combined detection of four tumor markers in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumor

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the clinical value of multiple tumor markers in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumor.Methods 43 cases of malignant ovarian tumor were compared with 32cases of benign ovarian tumor and 20cases healthy women.The change of Cyfra21-1、CEA、TSGF、CA125 were determined.Results The sensitivity and specificity of Cyfra21-1、CEA、TSGF、CA125 were 81.4%、67.4%、76.8%、86.1%,98.2%、90.4%、69.3%、73.1% respectively.And the sensitivity and specificity of multiple tumor markers were 93% and 63.6%.Conclusion To detect multiple tumor markers can improve the sensitivity,specificity in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumor. ......
