【摘要】 目的 探讨血清泌乳素与糖代谢紊乱的临床关系。方法 将60例2型糖尿病患者按糖化血红蛋白水平分为甲乙两组，同时20例健康人作为正常对照组,分别测定这3组的泌乳素、血糖及HbA1c。结果 病程长、血糖控制不理想、有慢性糖尿病并发症的患者血清泌乳素明显高于病情稳定、病程较短、并发症少的患者，而后者血清泌乳素与对照组相比无明显差异。结论 本研究提示糖尿病时的高泌乳素血症可能是机体对长期糖代谢紊乱及其慢性并发症所产生的一种应激反应。因此，对血糖控制不良的糖尿病人，尤其是伴有慢性并发症者行血清泌乳素测定具有一定的临床意义，它可以作为反映病情的一项间接指标，由于血清泌乳素增高可进一步加重糖代谢紊乱，因此，当发现糖尿病人有高泌乳素血症时应加以纠正，这对控制糖代谢紊乱有一定的意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the level of serum prolactin and the glucose metabolic disturbance.Methods 60 cases of type-2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to the leveds of HbA1c,and there were twenty control subjects. The serum prolactin fasting glucose and HbA1c were measured.respectively.Results The patients with long course of diabetes mellitus, poor glucose control and chronic complications had much higher levels of prolaction than those with well controlled and a short course of diabetes ,but compared with the control group ,the latter group’s levels of prolactin had no significant difference.Conclusion This study indicated that the high level of prolactin may,have a relation to the long course of diabetes and the chronic complications. So control The high PRL level is really useful, because it can aggravate the glucose metabolic disturbance. ......
