     [摘要] 目的：探讨冠心病患者血清TNFα及IL1β的水平变化及临床意义。方法：采用ELISA法测定66例冠心病病人血清TNFα及IL1β水平，并与正常对照组比较。结果：冠心病病人TNFα及IL1β水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)，同时观察到病情加重，血清TNFα及IL1β水平增高。结论：冠心病病人存在细胞免疫功能紊乱，TNFα及IL1β水平增高可能与其发生，发展有关，并可作为病情判断及疗效的观察指标。
