【摘要】 目的 探讨氯化铈(CeCl3)诱导K562细胞凋亡的剂量效应关系。方法 采用荧光显微镜定性检测细胞凋亡；流式细胞术定量测定细胞凋亡率。结果 较低剂量情况下，氯化铈可以显著引起细胞凋亡，3mg/L尤为显著，其中加稀土后24h收获细胞的凋亡率显著高于加稀土48、72h后收获细胞的凋亡率。结论 氯化铈诱导K562细胞凋亡的作用不仅和稀土使用剂量有关，还与作用时间有关。
