高压罐消解冷原子吸收测定食品总汞条件的研究

     【摘要】 目的 运用方法学研究出适合食品总汞的最佳测定方法。方法 试样在密闭的聚四氟乙烯高压罐内,于120~160℃之间,增压下保持2~4h,汞在氧化性酸中消解转化为离子汞,继而在强酸介质中被氯化亚锡还原为元素汞,以氩气为载体,将元素带入测汞仪中,冷原子吸收测定总汞。结果 该法无泄漏,无污染,转移过程少,损失小,结果准确可靠,该方法灵敏度达0.043ng/ml(3σ),检测灵敏度达0.143ng/ml(10σ),标准添加水平2ng/ml和1ng/ml间的标准回收率为95%~110%,相对标准偏差小于4%,标准曲线0.5ng/ml~10ng/ml符合比尔定律,线性相关系数r=0.9998。结论 该方法灵敏度高、选择性强、稳定性好,适合各种食品中总汞的测定。

    Determination of total mercury in foods with cold atom absorbance spectrophotometry

    【Abstract】 Objective Determination of total mercury in foods excogitate with methodology.Methods In this paper the total mercury of feedstuffs was determined by using high pressure container with cold atom absorbance spectrophotometry.Results Linear range for the determination of mercury atom was 0.5 ng/ml ~ 10ng/ml, the correlative coefficient was 0.9998, detection limit was 0.043ng/ml (3σ) and 0.143ng/ml (10σ). With the standard additive levels of 2ng/ml and 1ng/ml, average recovery was 95~110%.Conclusion The experiment results showed that the method was with high sensitivity, stability and selectivity. ......
