通心络胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛伴高脂血症的临床观察

【摘要】目的 观察通心络胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)心绞痛伴高脂血症的临床疗效。方法 选择冠心病心绞痛伴高脂血症患者108例，随机分为2组。对照组52例，常规口服消心痛、倍他乐克及阿司匹林。治疗组56例，在对照组治疗基础上加服通心络胶囊，每次3粒，每日3次。4周后观察心绞痛、心电图、血脂的变化情况。结果 心绞痛疗效：治疗组总有效率96.4%，对照组总效率82.7%，2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)；心电图疗效：治疗组总有效率89.3%，对照组总有效率78.8%。2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 通心络胶囊对冠心病心绞痛有显著治疗作用，改善血脂作用确切，适合冠心病心绞痛伴高脂血症患者长期服用。【关键词】 通心络胶囊；心绞痛；高脂血症
Clinical observation of Tongxinluo capsule on angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease accompany with hyperlipoidemia

【Abstracts】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule on angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease accompany with hyperlipoidemia.Methods 108 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 52 patients in the control group were routely given Nitrosorbid, Metoprolol and Aspirin. 56 patients in the treatment group were administrated Tongxinluo capsule three capsules each time, and three times a day on the basis of treatment in the control group. The change of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram and blood fat were observed after four weeks' treatment in the both groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 96.4% and 82.7%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the level of cholesterin, triglyceride and high level of lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly changed after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule has a definite treatment on angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, and can improve the lcvel of blood fat. ......
