重力剥离法测定卡波姆片相对粘附力的研究

     【摘要】 目的 建立重力剥离法测定卡波姆片的相对粘附力,为粘附片的研究提供依据。方法 将待测卡波姆片浸泡于生理盐水数分钟后,取出,用滤纸吸干,放在有机玻璃片Ⅰ上,再将有机玻璃片Ⅱ盖上,施加压力,持续数分钟后,撤去压力,将有机玻璃片Ⅰ挂在装置上,同时将塑料袋挂在有机玻璃片Ⅱ上,向塑料袋内输入一定流速的水,称量玻片Ⅱ脱落时,塑料袋中的水的重量,即为卡波姆片的相对粘附力。结果 通过正交试验,确定粘附力的测定方法,然后对同一批卡波姆980片的粘附力进行测定结果显示,精密度为0.0255。结论 本方法操作简便,精密度好,可作为卡波姆片的相对粘附力的测定方法之一。

    Establishment of peeling weight method measuring the relative adhesive force of carbopol tablet

    【Abstract】 Objective To Establish the method of measuring the adhesive force of Carbopol tablets by qualifying the weight of water to separate the Carbopol tablets from organic glass. The exploring could provide the foundation for further study on the tablets.Methods A new apparatus made by ourselves was used to compare the adhesive force between the Carbopol tablets. In brief, soaked tablet was placed on organic glass Ⅰ, then glass Ⅱand a heavy were on the tablet. After a while, the heavy was take away and water was added into the bottle linked on glass Ⅱto make the tablet separate from glass. The weight of water in bottle was quantified as soon as the separation.Results After orthogonal lay was designed to confirm the measurement method of adhesive force. The result of measurement of same batch Carbopol 980 tablets shows that the precision of method is 0.0255.Conclusion This method is simple, convenient and accurate.it could be one of the methods to measuring the adhesive force of bioadhesive preparation in vitro. ......
