     摘要：目的提高Pilon骨折的手术疗效。方法对1998年5月至2004年9月我科收治的31例Pilon骨折采用解剖钢板治疗。结果 28例术后随访5~24个月,优15例，良8例，可3例，差2例，优良率82.1%。结论解剖钢板可紧密贴合胫骨下端,术中无需塑形，多角度多平面的使内固定牢固，是较理想的内固定材料。
