侧脑室注射褪黑素对大鼠胃应激性溃疡的影响

     摘要：目的探讨褪黑素(MT)对大鼠胃应激性溃疡的影响及机制。方法采用束缚浸水制备大鼠胃应激性溃疡模型，观察侧脑室注射MT对大鼠胃应激性溃疡的影响。结果 ①侧脑室注射MT，大鼠胃应激性溃疡显著减轻(P<0.01)，且呈明显的量效依赖关系。②肌肉注射消炎痛(5mg/kg)，30min后侧脑室注射MT，MT的胃粘膜细胞保护作用减弱(P<0.01)。结论侧脑室注射MT对大鼠胃应激性溃疡有细胞保护作用，其作用可能是通过前列腺素介导实现的。

    Effect of Intracerebroventricular Injeetion of Melatonin on Gastric Stress Ulcers in Rats

    ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the protective effects and mechanism of melatonin(MT) on gastric stress ulcers in rats. Methods The gastric stress ulcers modols were estabilished by restrain and water immersion. The effect of intracerebroventricular injection of MT on gastric stress ulcers were observed. Results ①The stressinduced gastric ulcers were significantly relieved by injection of MT into the ventricle, and the effect was dosedependent (P<0.01).② 30 minutes after intramuscular injection of indomethacin, the cytoprotective effect of MT attenuated (P<0.01). Conclusion The intracerbroventricular injection of MT has cytoprotective effect on gastric stress ulcers, and the effect is probably mediate by prostaglandia(PG). ......
