【摘要】 目的 观察直肠Ca男性患者手术麻醉后插尿管对患者的好处。方法 对92例直肠Ca手术男性患者随机分成实验组及对照组进行麻醉后插尿管及常规术前1小时插尿管做法对比。结果 直肠Ca手术男性患者选择麻醉后插尿管更优于术前1小时常规插尿管，成功率更高。结论 直肠Ca男性患者手术采用麻醉后插尿管值得推广采用。

    【Abstract】 Objective Observing the advantage of the rectal cancer patient choosing to put the urine tube after anesthesia.Methods The 92 male patient that suffered from the rectal cancer were divided into experiment group and the matched controls group randomly,The experiment group chose to put the urine tube after the anesthesia.The matched controls group chose to put the urine tube before the normal regulation operation.Results There was a result that the effect of the experiment group was better than the matched controls group.The ratio of success in the experiment group was higher than the matched controls group.Conclusions It is good to choose the urine tube after anesthesia for the rectal cancer patient.It is worth recommending to adopt the method extensively. ......
