【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病性青光眼小梁切除术并发症的发生原因及处理方法。方法 对接受小梁切除术治疗的52例患者发生前房出血、虹膜炎症反应、浅前房、白内障的原因进行临床分析。结果 45例术后眼压控制在正常范围，术中、术后发生并发症，其中虹膜炎症反应19例、浅前房9例、前房出血6例、晶体混浊5例。采用加压包扎、散瞳、抗炎、激素等治疗均恢复。虹膜炎症、前房出血全部吸收。结论 明确糖尿病性青光眼小梁切除术并发症的原因并采取积极的治疗措施，可达到预防及治疗的目的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cause and management with diabetic glaucoma trabeculectomy complications. Methods To analyse the cause of hyphema, iridocyclitis, shallow anterior chamber, lens opacity of 52 cases undertaking trabeculectomy. Results IOP under controlled in 45 cases, intra-and post-operation complications occur, including iridocyclitis in 12 cases, shallow anterior chamber in 9 cases, hyphema in 6 cases , lens opacity in 5 cases. The complications can be well controlled after proper treatments like compression bandage, mydriasis, cortisol, and anti-inflammation therapy. Anterior chamber depth is maintained, hyphema and iridocyclitis are eliminated. Conclusion The complication after diabetic glaucoma trabeculectomy can be prevented and well controlled when its cause are known and initiative remedy is taken. ......
