摘要:目的 比较病理组织切片和眼底荧光血管造影( FFA)在检测半导体激光诱导Brown Norway (BN)大鼠的脉络膜新生血管 ( CNV)中的应用价值。方法 用半导体激光(波长810nm,曝光时间0.1s,光斑100μm,能量100~140mW)对10只BN大鼠视乳头附近的视网膜进行光凝,每眼10个激光点,光凝后2h,3天,1、2、4周分别行FFA以及病理组织学检查,观察光斑区CNV的产生及变化过程。结果 激光照射后2h及3天无CNV形成,FFA显示无荧光渗漏。激光光凝后1周出现CNV,FFA 1周时荧光渗漏34点(34/102,33.3%),2周时荧光渗漏42点(42/68,61.8%),4周时荧光渗漏21点(21/35,60.0%),且CNV出现不一定伴有荧光渗漏,病理切片证实激光光凝后1、2、4周CNV发生率分别为35.7%、72.2%、70.6%。结论 相对而言,病理组织切片对CNV的检出率要比FFA高,但它和FFA一样也存在一些技术缺陷,这两种常用方法有待进一步改进和补充。关键词:激光;脉络膜新生血管;眼底荧光血管造影
Comparative Study on Assessment of Choroidal Neovascularization Induced by Dioder Laser in Rat among Fudus Fluorescein Angiography and Light Microscopy

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the diagnostic value of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and light microscopy (LM) for experimental choroidal neovascularization(CNV) assessment. Methods Ten anesthetized Brown Norway (BN) rats recieved a series of 10 diode laser lessions per eye. Laser photocoagulations were applied to each eye between the major retina vessels around the optic disc with a diode laser photocoagulator and slit lamp delivery system at a spot size of 100μm, duration of 0.1 second and power of 100140mW, wavelength 810nm. 2 hours, 3 days, 1 weeks, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after photocoagulation, the nature process and incidence of CNV were observed by FFA and LM. Results 2 hours and 3 days after laser treatment there were no CNV and fluorescent leakage observed in rats. The first singns of leakage in FFA associated with CNV appeared at one week. The CNV of rats was 33.3%, 61.8%, 60.0% at one week, two weeks and four weeks respectively. Histological sections proved the existance of CNV and the Incidence of CNV was 35.7%, 72.2%, 70.6%, at one week, two weeks and four weeks respectively, but the rats of CNV was not in accord with that of fluorescent leakage. Conclusion Relatively, LM is better than FFA in the assessment experimental choroidal neovascularization, but LM still exists some technical problem. In order to evaluate CNV more exactly, they need develop. ......
