高位子宫动脉阻断术在腹腔镜下筋膜内子宫切除术中的运用

     【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜下高位子宫动脉阻断术的应用价值。方法：选择适应腹腔镜下筋膜内子宫切除术(LISH)的非恶性病变患者,随机分为高位子宫动脉阻断术(研究组)和传统LISH(对照组)。结果：采用高位子宫动脉阻断术35例,传统LISH术32例,手术时间、术中出血量较对照组显著减少,术后排气时间、术后出血量、术后出血时间、术后病率,研究组均较对照组显著减少。结论：运用高位子宫动脉阻断术治疗子宫非恶性病变的效果优于传统LISH术。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of uterine arterial interruption on superior position in laparoscopic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy(LISH).Methods:Selecting nonmalignant patients who were indications of LISH and randomly divide them into the group of uterine arterial interruption and the group of coventional LISH.Results:The group of uterine arterial interruption has 35 cases and the coventional group has 32 cases.The group of uterine arterial interruption has less operative time,blood loss,the time of recovering normal bowel function and rate of complication than the control group.Conclusions:The effect of nonmaligant patients treated with uterine arterial interruption on superior position is prior to coventional LISH. ......
