【摘要】 目的 研究老年人后牙残根残冠行桩核冠修复的效果。方法 对103例60岁以上老人的174颗后牙残根残冠进行根充疗，制作桩核后行金瓷或金属全冠修复，对修复体的卫生、使用情况及基牙牙周健康情况进行为期5年的调查研究。结果 发现2颗全冠和2颗桩核脱落，6颗基牙因松动拔除，13颗基牙出现较重的牙周炎症，4颗基牙发生根面龋，另有4颗基牙动度明显增加，93%的义齿使用良好。结论 后牙桩核冠修复不仅能恢复口腔功能，也促进老年患者的健康。但口腔卫生至关重要。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of post-core crowns for endodontically treated posterior teeth in elderly.Methods 174 posterior teeth in elderly were endodontically treated and post-core and metal crowns or porcelain fused to metal crowns were cemented. The hygiene of crowns and the perodental health of abutment teeth were studied after 5 years of the crowns were functioned. Results 2 crowns and 2 post-core were dislodged. 13 abutment teeth with severe periodentitis and 6 abutment teeth were extracted because of mobility. 4 abutment teeth suffered caries. Another 4 abutment teeth with mobility increased significantly. More than 93% crowns with a good function. Conclusion Posterior post-core crowns were good for the health and oral function for elderly. But the oral hygiene is very important for abutment tooth health. ......
