脂糖舒对2型糖尿病大鼠血浆果糖胺含量和抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘要:目的 探讨脂糖舒对2型糖尿病血清蛋白非酶糖化和脂质过氧化反应的抑制作用。方法 采用链脲霉素(30mg/kg)一次性腹腔注射辅以高热量饲料喂养9周制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型,然后分别用等容量生理盐水和不同剂量的脂糖舒灌胃9周,并取健康大鼠作正常对照,测定各组大鼠空腹血浆胰岛素(FIns)和葡萄糖(FBG)及血清果糖胺(FMN)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。计算体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)和胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果 ①模型组BMI、IRI、 FIns、FBG、FFA、FMN和MDA显著升高,而ISI、SOD、GSHPX和CAT显著降低(较正常组P<0.01);②二剂量脂糖舒均能使上述各指标值显著逆转(较模型组P<0.05);③脂糖舒二组间IRI、ISI和FMN差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 脂糖舒对2型糖尿病模型大鼠不仅有明显降糖降脂、改善胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素敏感性作用,而且对其血浆蛋白非酶糖化和脂质过氧化亦有显著的抑制作用。关键词:2型糖尿病;脂糖舒;非酶糖化;脂质过氧化
Effects of Zhitangshu on the Contents of Fructosamine and the Activities of Antioxidases
in Serum of the Rats with Type2diabetes

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the inhibiting effects of Zhitangshu (ZTS) on nonenzyme glycosylation of serum protein and on peroxide of lipid in serum of the rats with type2diabetes. Methods The model of rats with type2diabeties mellitus was established by using the low dose of streptozotocin (30mg/kg) and highcaloric feeding . The same amount of normal saline and the different does of ZTS were perfused into the stomach of these rats once a day for 9 weeks . The healthy rats were chosen to constitute the control group. The contents of insulin (Ins) , glucose (Glu) , free fatty acid (FFA) fruetosamine (FMN) and malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) , glutathione peroxidase (GSHPX) and catalase (CAT) in serum were determined and bodyweigh index (BMI) , insulin resistance index (IRI) and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were calculated . Results①he BMI , IRI and the contents of FMN , FFA , FIns , FBG and MDA were obviously increased while ISI and the activities of SOD , GSHPX and CAT markedly decreased in serum of the diabetic rats’ model (P<0.01 , compared with control group) . ②Both dosage of ZTS could reverse all above indexes (P<0.05).③There were remarkable differences of IRI,ISI and FMN between the two dosage ZTS group(P<0.05). Conclusion ZTS has remarkable effect of lowering the insulin resistance and inhibiting the nonenzyme glycosylation of serum protein and the lipidperoxidation in type2diabetes rats . ......
