【摘要】 目的 探讨甲状腺功能亢进合并心房颤动的治疗方法。方法 64例甲状腺功能亢进合并心房颤动患者随机分成二组，在治疗甲状腺功能亢进的基础上治疗组加用抗心律失常药物转复房颤，对照组不加。结果 治疗组房颤转复时间为(12.5±7.3)天，对照组为(155.3±128.7)天，经统计学检验(t=12.28，P<0.05)，两组差异有显著性。结论 用复律药物可缩短房颤的病程，不用药房颤也自行转复，所有病人均未发生明显栓塞症状。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the optimal treatment of hyperthyroidism with atrial fibrillation.Methods 64 patients with hyperthyroidism complicating with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into two groups,the treat group were added antiarrhythmic drug to reverse atrial fibrillation while the control group patients only be managed with anti-hyperthyroidism drugs.Results There was significantly differene of the average time from admission to reverse sinus rhythm in the two groups,the interval time of the two groups were 12.5±7.3d and 155.3±128.7d respectively.Conclusion No one patient developed embolism;although solely using anti-hyperthyroidism medicine can reverse atrial fibrillation,combining with antiarrhythmic drug can shorten the course. ......
