【摘要】 目的 观察TPN在乳糜腹治疗中的效果。方法 回顾性分析本院1996年11月～2004年7月收治的4例乳糜腹病例资料，治疗中均使用定期腹穿排水、禁食、TPN。结果 4例病人均治愈，治疗过程中未出现与治疗相关的并发症。结论 以TPN为主的非手术疗法是治疗乳糜腹的有效方法之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of total parenteral nutrition on chylous ascites. Methods To review the 4 chylous ascites in-patients from November 1996 to July 2004. Abdominal cavity drainage, fasting and TPN were used in all 4 patients.Results The all 4 patients were fully recovered.No complications related to therapy were observed. Conclusions TPN of non-operation trentments is effective to chylous ascites.
