摘要:目的 研究不同临床剂量异丙酚对大鼠小肠缺血再灌注(IR)中肺损伤的作用。方法 雄性SD大鼠50只,随机分为5组,对照组(Ⅰ组)、小肠IR组(Ⅱ组)及小肠缺血再灌注后分别用微量泵连续静脉输注异丙酚2mg·kg1·h1(Ⅲ组)、6mg·kg1·h1(Ⅳ组)、8mg·kg1·h1(Ⅴ组),每组10只。测定肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性及肺湿干重比(W/D)。结果 异丙酚可明显抑制小肠IR后肺组织髓过氧化酶活性和肺湿干重比升高(P<0.01),并可改善肺组织损伤;肺组织W/D和MPO活性呈正相关(r=0.988,P<0.05)。结论 小肠IR后,不同临床剂量异丙酚可以不同程度地减轻肺组织损伤。关键词:异丙酚;再灌注损伤;肠缺血;肺损伤;大鼠
Functions of Propofol on the Lung Injury Induced by Intestinal Ischemia/Reperfusion in Rats

ABSTRACT:Objective To research the functions of different clinical doses of propofol on the lung injury induced by intestinal ischemiareperfusion (IR) in rats. Methods Forty male SD rats weighing 160~200g were used. The animals were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 animals in each group: ①control group was shamoperated; ②IR group and ③~⑤ IR+propofol group in which propofol was infused at 2, 6 or 8mg·kg1·h1,starting from 10 min before intestinal ischemia until the end of experiment. The animals were killed at the end of 120 min reperfusion. The lungs were immediately removed for determination of lung W/D weight ratio and myeloperoxidase(MPO) activity in the lung tissue. Results Propofol infusion significantly inhibited the increased MPO activity and the increased lung W/D ratio induced by intestinal IR and ameliorated the morphological changes of the lungs. Lung W/D ratio was positively correlated with MPO activity. Conclusion After the intestinal IR, the different clinical doses of propofol have protective effects on the lungs against intestinal IRinduced injury. ......
