腹腔镜胆囊切除术与直视微创胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾患比较分析

【摘要】 目的：比较分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)与直视微创胆囊切除术(MPC)治疗胆囊疾患的疗效。方法：2002年以来对228例患者分别行LC及MPC。对两组术后疗效、手术时间、住院时间、恢复工作时间、并发症等进行全面分析。结果：随访2～18个月,两组患者胆囊疾病引起的临床症状消失，效果满意。在手术时间安全性、术后并发症等方面，LC明显优于MPC(P<005)。结论：从手术安全性、减少术中、术后并发症，减轻患者痛苦，提高患者生存质量考虑，LC是治疗胆囊疾患的首选术式。【关键词】 胆囊疾病；胆囊切除术，腹腔镜；直视微创胆囊切除术

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinical application of LC and MPC in the treatment of gallbladder diseases.Methods:The clinical data of 288 patients was analyzed retrospectively,288 patients were divided into two groups,LC group and MPC group.In two groups,the comparison of curative effect of LC and MPC in the treatment of gallbladder diseases after operation,operation time,the hospitalization,time of recuperation and complications were conducted.Results:The clinical symptoms caused by gallbladder diseases were disappeared of two groups fodlowedup 218 months.The results were satisfactory.In safety of duration of operation and complications after operation,LC was significantly superior to MPC(P<005).Conclusions:From the point of safety of operation,avoiding complications during operation,reducting pain of patient,elevating the quality of survival of patient,LC is considered the first choice in gallbadder disease patients. ......
