【摘要】 目的 确定家蝇幼虫血淋巴的抗病毒作用。方法 用鸡胚培养法检测经针刺免疫诱导及同期对照家蝇幼虫血淋巴的抗病毒活性。结果 家蝇幼虫血淋巴确有抗病毒活性，经针刺免疫诱导组活性高于同期对照，该抗病毒活性物质初步估计为蛋白质或肽类，性质有待进一步确定。结论 家蝇幼虫血淋巴中存在的抗病毒活性物质，为寻找新的抗病毒药物提供了方向。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the antiviral activity of Musca domestica larva hemolymph.Methods Examining the antiviral activity of larva hemolymph with chicken embryo method.Results The larva hemolymph had antiviral activity though the active components were unknown, and the antiviral activity of the groups stimulated by needle were more obvious than control.Conclusion The antiviral activity of larva hemolymph offers a new way to find new antiviral drugs.
