     【摘要】目的：探讨应用腹腔镜治疗早期胃癌及胃良性疾病的手术方法，评估其临床应用价值。方法：在腹壁选择适合的部位将4个穿刺套管置入腹腔。分别采用腹腔镜辅助、手助腹腔镜及全腹腔镜下行胃疾病手术治疗。结果：28例中，早期胃癌根治术23例，胃大部切除术5例，手术均获成功，无中转开腹。结论：早期胃癌及一些良性胃疾病用腹腔镜手术治疗安全可行且可靠。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate laparoscopic operation in the treatment of early gastric cancer and benign gastric diseases.Methods:Four trocars were inserted at the appropriate site of the abdominal wall.Laparoscopically assisted,hand assisted and laparoscopic techniques were used in operations.Results:28 cases were performed laparoscopic gastrectomy successfully,including 23 cases of radical gastrectomy for gaotric cancer and 5 cases of subtotal gastrectomy.There was no conversion to open surgery.Conclusions:Laparoscopic operation is a safe and reliable method in treating early gastric cancer and some benign gastric diseases. ......
