53例剖宫产术中大出血填塞纱条止血临床分析

     摘要：目的观察宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产术中大出血的效果。方法 53例剖宫产术中大出血常规处理方法无效后，对其行宫腔填塞纱条治疗。结果 52例能迅速控制出血，有效率98.1%，抽出纱布24h内，阴道无明显大出血。术后5d及产后42d复查子宫B超，恢复良好。产后42d检查未见明显异常。结论宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产术中大出血有积极作用。

    Hemostatic Efficacy of Intrauterine Gauzepacking on Massive Hemorrhage in CesarotomyA Clinical Analyses of 53 Cases

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the efficacy of intrauterine packing with gauze in the massive hemorrhage cases undertaking cesarean section. Methods Intrauterine packing with gauze were applied to 53 massive hemorrhage cases after routine methods show no effect. Results 52 cases were successfully stanched and efficacy rate is as high as 98.1%.There was no difference in uterine rehabilitation measured with B ultrasonic between cesarean group undertaking and not undertaking intrauterine packing 5 and 42 days after operation .Conclusion Intrauterine packing with gauze is a simple and effective hemostatic step in the massive hemorrhage cases undertaking cesarean section. ......
