     摘要：目的探讨双介入疗法结合引流管腔内放疗治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的临床意义。方法对52 例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者采取经皮经肝胆道引流术(PTCD)并进行动脉灌注化疗或栓塞术, 结合腔内放疗的治疗方法,术后观察血清胆红素下降程度,并随访患者生存期。结果 52例患者中平均生存期为19.2个月，1年以上生存率为82.5 %。结论双介入疗法结合引流管腔内放疗治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸能延长患者的生存期,提高生存率。

    The Efficacy of Double Interventional Therapy Combined with Internalradiaton Therapy for Malignant Obstructive Jaundice

    ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the effect of double interventional therapy combined with internalradiaton therapy in malignant obstructive jaundice.Methods 52 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice were treated with percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography and drainage (PTCD) , arterial chemotherapeutics and chemotherapeutics embolization and combined with internalradiaton therapy.The serumbilirubin level and survival were followed up.Results All cases were followed up for 12～24 months. The survival rate of 12 monthes were 82.5 %. Conclusion The double interventional therapy combined with internalradiaton therapy can extend survival and also raise survival rate. ......
