【摘要】 目的 研究以股部小切口取出血管异物临床应用。方法 用血管腔内异物圈套器将大血管内异物牵至股部血管穿刺部位局麻下切开取出。结果 所有病例全部顺利取出异物，无并发症。结论 股部小切口取出血管异物简便、安全、经济，不易出现血管损伤、血肿、血管栓塞、血栓形成等严重并发症。

    【Abstract】 Objective To research the clinical application of taking out foreign body in blood vessel through femoral region small incision.Methods Using snare atherectomy to pull the foreign body from aorta or vena cave to femoral region vascular puncture part where has been given local anesthesia. And take out foreign body through the small incision.Results The foreign body hatter has been got out successfully in all the cases without complicating diseases.Conclusion The method taking out foreign body through is simple, safe, efficient and not easy to cause grievous complicating diseases such as: vascular trauma, haematoma, embolization, thrombosis.
