【摘要】 目的 探讨不同离心条件下对脐血造血细胞回收率的影响。方法 运用6%羟乙基淀粉(HES)沉降，二次离心法可离心脐血浓缩单个核细胞(MNC)，此法具有不受标本体积大小的影响、无细菌污染的优点。结果 通过分析两种离心方法发现制备MNC时，离心力与MNC回收率有密切关系。结论 加大离心力可增加MNC的回收率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of different centrifugal methods on returns-ratio of Mononuclear cell(MNC) in umbilical cord blood.Methods After sedimentated with 6% hydroxyethyl starch(HES),two centrifugating processes was employed to separate and concentrate MNC,which was not affected by specimen volume and not polluted by bacterium.Results There was significant relationship between different centrifugal force and recovery rate of MNC.Conclusion Recovery rate of MNC will increase by increasing centrifugal force.
