摘要：目的：探讨血红蛋白的浓度对鼻咽癌放射治疗的局部控制率(局控率)和生存率的影响。方法：收集本院1997年7月至2001年6月经病理确诊的376例鼻咽癌患者的临床及随访资料，根据放疗前患者血红蛋白的浓度分为正常组(Hb≥120g/L)、轻度贫血组(120 g/L>Hb≥120g/L)和重度贫血组(Hb<90g/L)。全部病例均接受根治性放疗，分析放疗前血红蛋白的浓度对肿瘤局控率和1～4年生存率的影响。结果：正常组的局控率和1～4年生存率最高，重度贫血组的最低，轻度贫血组界于二者之间。结论：血红蛋白的浓度可影响鼻咽癌放射治疗的局控率和1～4年生存率。

    Influence of Hemoglobin Level on the Effect of Radiotherapy for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

    Abstract： Objective: To explore the influence of peripheral blood hemoglobin concentration on the local control and survival rates of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radiotherapy. Methods: Clinical and follow-up data of 376 NPC patients who received definitive radiotherapy from July 1997 to June 2001 were collected. The patients were divided into three groups according to the peripheral blood hemoglobin concentration before radiotherapy: normal group (Hb≥120g/L),mild anemia group(120g/L>Hb≥90g/L),severe anemia group(Hb<90g/L).The influence of peripheral blood hemoglobin concentration on the local control and survival rates was analyzed. Results: The local control and 1 to 4-year survival rates were the highest in normal group and lowest in severe group. Conclusion: Peripheral blood hemoglobin concentration can influence the local control and survival rates of NPC patients receiving radiotherapy. ......
