β2微球蛋白的全自动生化分析仪测定法

     [摘要] 目的：评价全自动生化分析仪测定β2微球蛋白(β2MG)的方法。方法：采用日常病人混合血清为标本，进行线性测定、精密度测定、回收实验、干扰实验等方法学评价实验。结果：全自动生化分析仪测定β2微球蛋白的线性范围为0 mg/L~16 mg/L，批内和批间的SD和CV均小于5%，平均回收率为98.7%；胆红素含量在497 μmol/L内无干扰。结论:全自动生化分析仪进行β2微球蛋白的测定，适用于临床。

    Method of Examining the β2Microglobulin by Autobiochemical Ananlysis Instrument

    Abstract：Objective To evaluate the method of examining the β2microglobulin(β2MG) by autobiochemical ananlysis instrument.Methods Put the mixedserum of normal patients as samples,take the methodevaluated test of examining the β2microglobulin by autobiochemical ananlysis instrument,such as linear and precision detecting,recycle and interference test.Result The linear range is 0 mg/L~16 mg/L;the SD and CV are all lessthan 5%;the average rate ofrecycle is 98.7%;and when the content of bilirubinis less than 497 μmol/L,there is no interference.Conclusion This method is fit for clinic. ......
