【摘要】 目的 了解KDR是否特异性表达于鼻咽癌组织微血管，为研究特异性杀伤鼻咽癌微血管的自杀基因治疗系统提供启动子。方法 通过以人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)为对照组，采用细胞免疫组化染色方法鉴定细胞系CNE-2的KDR表达。结果 结果显示KDR在HUVEC细胞系中表达，而鼻咽癌细胞系CNE-2中不表达KDR。结论 KDR可作为启动子用应用于特异性杀伤鼻咽癌微血管的自杀基因治疗系统的研究。

    Study on Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor (KDR)Expression in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Cell Line-2(CNE-2)

    【Abstract】 Objective Identifying KDR whether expresses in microvessels of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues to screen vectors for suicide gene therapy system which kills nasopharyngeal carcinoma microvessels specifically.Methods Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) was used as a control. KDR expression in NPC cell line. CNE-2 was tested by cell immunohistochemistry staining.Results The result displayed that KDR expressed in HUVEC cell line but didn’t express in NPC cell line CNE-2.Conclusions KDR can be used as a vector for the suicide gene therapy system which kills nasopharyngeal carcinoma microvessels specifically. ......
