143例抗微生物类药物药源性致死的回顾性分析

     摘要:目的 探讨抗微生物类药物药源性致死的特点和规律,以预防或减少其发生,促进临床合理使用抗微生物药物。方法 通过中国医院数字图书馆的CHKD期刊知识库检索1998~2004年报道的抗微生物药物药源性致死个案,自行建立数据库,对文献资料进行整理、汇总,并进行分析。结果 青霉素、庆大霉素、林可霉素、头孢唑啉致死病例数居前4位(占48.95%),静脉用药发生率(55.24%)最高,全身性反应致死占了很高的比例(62.24%)。结论 严格用药指征,按照药品说明书的用量用法使用,密切观察用药后反应,减少抗微生物药物药源性疾病或药源性致死的发生。

    Retrospect analysis of 143 instance death cases induced by antimicrobial drugs

    Abstract: Objective To delineate the characteristics and regularities of the death induced by antimicrobial drugs so as to recurrence and promote the rational use of the drugs.Methods The case reports of antimicrobial drugs shock were searched Chinese medication and healthy during the period of 1998 to 2004 by way of CHKD database. To establish database,reviewing and analyzing literatures. Results Mortality induced by penicillin,gentamicin,lincomycin and cefazolin in the first four places in the ranking (48.95%),intravenous use of drug have the highest incidence rate (55.24%). Mortality of systematic reaction was higher (62.24%).Conclusions The indications must be under strict control,the use of the medicines must follow the description. We should closely observe the response to drugs so as to reduce the illness or death induced by drugs. ......
