【摘要】 目的 探讨指关节及掌指关节软组织缺损的修复方法。方法 2000~2005年笔者对20例指关节及掌指关节软组织缺损的患者采用第一趾蹼皮瓣游离移植修复。结果 所有创面修复均获成功，手指的外观及运动和感觉功能均比较满意。结论 采用第一趾蹼皮瓣游离移植修复指关节及掌指关节软组织缺损，克服了关节臃肿、感觉差、瘢痕等缺点，且外形、功能均达到理想的效果。
