【摘要】 目的 探讨制备慢性上颌窦炎动物模型的方法。方法 第一天阻塞窦口。次日,注入0.5ml 2×109CFU/ml肺炎链球菌悬液,术后35天取上颌窦标本分别进行形态学观察及细菌学检查。结果 各实验组建立模型的成功率:单纯窦口堵塞组 37.5 %,窦口堵塞+肺炎链球菌组100%,单纯细菌组、空白对照组和假手术组均为0%,感染窦粘膜均表现为慢性炎症。结论 窦口堵塞并注入肺炎链球菌可成功建立兔慢性上颌窦炎动物模型。【关键词】 上颌窦炎 模型 动物

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate how to induce experimental maxillary sinusitis.Methods The sinus ostium was blocked on one side on the first day of the experiment. On the second day 0.5ml 2×109CFU/ml Streptococcus pneumoniae was injected into the same sinus cavity. The animals were examined by the methods of histology and bacteriology after 35 days.Results All the experimental sinuses in ostia-obstructed and inoculated Streptococcus pneumoniae group were chronic flammation.Conclusions Experimental chronic maxillary sinusitis can be successfully induced by Streptococcus pneumoniae inoculation with an ostium closed. ......
