摘要：目的：评价并分析应用克霉唑软膏对小儿大面积烧(烫)伤并创面严重真菌感染的临床治疗效果。方法：同期观察了19名烧伤并创面真菌感染的患儿,在全身抗真菌治疗相同的的情况下,以10例为治疗组，积极清创并以克霉唑软膏加石蜡油纱布混合单层覆盖创面，每天换药一次，直至创面真菌感染得以控制后，立即以自体皮覆盖创面。另外9例为对照组,分别以两种传统方法积极治疗。 结果：治疗组10例患儿真菌感染被较好地控制，最后创面痊愈出院。对照组9例中，5例采用复合碘外涂创面，3例成活，2例死亡。4例采用暴露疗法，均死亡(P<0.05)。结论：小儿大面积烧(烫)伤并创面严重真菌感染，外用克霉唑软膏加石蜡油纱布混合单层覆盖创面，是一种疗效确实、操作简单且价格低廉的治疗方法,可以达到高疗效、低费用的整体治疗目的。

    A Clinical Observation ＆ Evaluation of Treating Serious Fungous Infection of Children Burns Wound With Clotrimazol

    Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of clotrimazol cream on children massive burns(scald) with serious wound fungous infection. Method: Nineteen cases of children massive burns (scald) with serious wound fungous infection were observed in clinical. Of which ten cases were collected as treated group with clotrimazal cream and nine cases as control treated with traditional method. Above treated cases were debrided actively, covered with one-layer paraffin guauze and clotrimazol cream and changed dressing once a day, operated with auto skin graft immediately till the infection was controlled. Result: All cases of the treated group after the control of fungous infection are survival. The children discharged from hospital with wound healing up. Only three were survival in control group. Conclusion: Topical use of coltrimazol cream and single-layer paraffin guauze to cover the wound and operating with auto skin graft after controlling the infection are the effective convenient as well as low cost method of treating children massive burns(scald) with serious wound fungous infection. ......
