腺苷在肥胖大鼠中的作用

【摘要】 目的 探讨腺苷(CPA)在肥胖大鼠中的作用。方法 大鼠分为普通饲料喂养组(A组),高能饲料喂养肥胖模型组(B组),CPA+高能饲料喂养模型组(C组)。检测大鼠脂肪重(g)/体重(g)、心脏重(g)/体重(g)、肾脏重(g)/体重(g)、中心静脉压、体动脉压,计算Lee’s指数。结果 (1)肥胖模型组大鼠体重、体脂/体重、Lee’s指数、中心静脉压(CVP)、体动脉压(BP)均高于普通饲料(P<0.01、P<0.05),而心、肝、肾与体重比低于普通饲料喂养组(P<0.05)。(2)CPA加高能饲料喂养组体重、Lee’s指数、体脂/体重、CVP、BP低于肥胖组(P<0.05),而与普通饲料组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(3)肥胖模型组大鼠心、肝、肾重与体重比小于普通饲料组、CPA加肥胖大鼠组(P<0.05),而CPA加肥胖组与普通饲料组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 腺苷可能能抑制大鼠肥胖发生。【关键词】 腺苷;肥胖症;Lee’s指数
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of adenosine(CPA)on obesity rats.Methods The rats were divided into three groups,one group were raised by normal food (group A),another were raised by high-energy food (group B)and high-energy food combined with CPA raised group(group C).The weight whole body were measured and the rate of heart/weight,fat/weight,liver/weight and kidney/weight,center vein pressure(CVP),blood pressure(BP) and Lee’s index were calculated respectively.Results (1)The body weight,the rate of fat/weight,Lee’s index,CVP,BP in high-energy food group were higher than those in normal groups(P<0.01 ......
