胰酶制备新工艺的研究

     摘 要 目的 研究从猪胰腺中提取胰酶的新工艺。方法 使用φ=7.5%异丙醇为提取溶剂,添加ρ=0.2% CaCl2和φ=1%胰酶粉为激活剂以及适量的保护剂,并加入NaHCO3使体系的pH稳定在6.5~7.0之间,在室温下提取3 h。结果 在优化工艺条件下,制得的胰酶制品中的胰蛋白酶、胰淀粉酶、胰脂肪酶的酶活力分别达5 200、 57 300、 37 000 u/g以上,为中国药典所规定的最低酶活的8~10倍,收率10%~12%。结论 该工艺简单、提取效率高、产品酶活高。

    Preparation of pancreatin from swine pancreas

    Abstract Objective To study the new processing technique of pancreatin from swine pancreas. Methods Used 7.5% isopropyl alcohol as extracting solvents; added 0.2% CaCl2 + 1% pancreatin as protecting agents; regulated pH 6.5~7.0 with NaHCO3; extracting time 3 h. Results Under optimum conditions, pancreatin with high activity and yield was obtained. The activities of trypsin, lipase and amylopsin were over 5 200 u/g, 57 300 u/g and 37 000 u/g respectively, and the yield was 10%~12%. Conclusion It is a simple and time saving technique for the preparation of pancreatin with high purity, high activity and high yield. ......
