数字化X线摄影应用价值探讨

     [摘要] 目的：探讨数字化X线摄影临床应用价值。方法：按连号抽取片库中常规照片与调PACS(图像传输与储存)系统中数字化照片各1 000例进行影像质量评价；收集120例肺部有病灶病例，行数字化及常规X线摄影，将其两者病灶检出结论与CT检查结果相比较。结果：数字化相比常规X线片甲级照片率提高30.2%，乙级、丙级照片率降低28.8%；肺癌检出率提高10%，肺癌检出率特异性提高20%。结论：数字化比常规X线片图片影像质量及肺癌检出率和特异性都有提高。

    A Probe into APPlied Value of Digital Xray Radiotive

    Abdtract：Objective This essay is to probe the clinical applied value of the digital Xray Radiotive.Method Evaluate the quality of the 1000 photographs which are dawn out from the routine photographs in the bank in the joining number and the 1000 digital photographs which are drawn from the PACS system.Collect 120 cases of having nonatural shadows in their lumgs,have digital and routine Xray radiotive and then compare the tested results of the two focuses with the results of CT.Results The of digital photographs in Aclass is increased by 30.2 percent compared with the routine Xray photographs;the rate of the photographs in Bclass and Cclass is decreased by 28.8 percent;the rate of examining the lung cancer is increased by 10 percent;the rate of examining the abnormal in xeamining the lung cancer is increased by 20 percent.Conclusion Compared with the routine Xray photographs,the quality of the digital photographs,and its examined diaguoses,rate of examining the iung cancer and its abnormal are all increased. ......
