On the orientation and route of fostering innovative personality of the youth

Abstract: According to the rule and characteristics of youths growing up, being successful, and becoming talented personnel, fostering innovative personality is crucial to the process of the youths growing up. An analysis and a probe into the orientation and route of fostering youths innovative personality has been done in this paper so as to affect positively the youths being successful and becoming talented personnel.

在当今社会，任何个人都在追求成功、设计成功、并走向成功。可以说，人人都可以成功，个个皆能成才，成功与成才是每个青年的人生追求，也是成功教育的真谛。众所周知，一个人的成功，成才与否，除时势、机遇、环境以及人际关系、人为的限制等外部因素外，主要是与个体的素质能力尤其是与创新人格的培养密切相关。为了全面系统探讨，如何有效开发青年的自身潜力和能量资源，铺架青年成功的桥梁并缩短其成才的距离，我们根据现实社会生活的实际与未来发展趋势，依据青年成长、成功、成才的特点规律，认为培养创新人格在青年成长过程中至关重要。以下就围绕青年创新人格培养的导向和途径进行探讨。以期对青年的成功，成才产生积极的影响。
