果糖1,6二磷酸一镁的稳定性研究

     摘 要 目的: 研究果糖1,6二磷酸一镁的稳定性,并确定产品有效期。方法:通过影响因素 (高温、高湿、强光照射),加速试验,长期试验,采用高度专一性的酶法测定果糖1,6二磷酸一镁的含量变化,纸电泳法分析有关物质。结果:果糖1,6二磷酸一镁,在高温、高湿环境下不稳定,而对光较稳定。结论 :果糖1,6二磷酸一镁,模拟上市包装,在温度(25±2) ℃,相对湿度(60±10)%的条件下保存24个月,仍符合质量标准。

    Studies on the stability of monomagnesium fructose1,6diphosphate

    Abstract Objective:To study the stability of monomagnesium fructose1,6diphosphate. Methods:An enzymatic method was used to determine the contents of monomagnesium fructose1,6diphosphate and a paper electrophoresis method was used to analyze the related substances under the conditions of severe test,accelerated test and longterm storage test. Results:monomagnesium fructose1,6diphosphate was unstable under heat and humidity. while it was stable under light. Conclusion:monomagnesium fructose 1,6diphosphate is in accordance with its quality standards afterpackaged and stored at 25 ℃±2 ℃,RH60%±10% for 24 months. ......
